A longtime restaurateur in the South Shore, Trident Owner Brian Houlihan also owns The Tinker's Son (Norwell, MA) and bia bistro (Cohasset, MA), and he is co-owner if The Galley Kitchen & Bar (Scituate, MA). Brian has also worked as the executive chef at the well-renown Bostonian and the Four Seasons.

A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, it was the pursuit of a bounty of seasonal ingredients, world-class wines and the joy that the two together bring when entertaining friends and family that led Patrick to Hingham Harbor. Patrick has honed his skills in some of the finest local restaurants, including Stoneacre Pantry (Newport, RI), Scituate Harbor Yacht Club (Scituate, MA), and East Bay Grille. (Plymouth, MA).
